This beautiful villa is part of a large 2000m2 park situated on the crest of a hill near a chestnut forest in the village of Valcanina Sassetta. The park contains many species of plants and is classified as a botanical garden. The house is situated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level and is only 800 meters from the village of Sassetta where you will find everything you need such as a mini-supermarket, restaurants and coffee bars. In summer Mount San Bernardo provides Pompeiana with a wonderful cool breeze and in winter it offers protection from cold winter winds. The agro-tourism of Silvia and Nino is situated just outside the center of Pompeiana. Here there are palm, mandarin and lemon trees. The area consists of a few hectares, or about 15,000 m2.
