Fantastic villa, for 6 people with a private pool, located on the outskirts of Campanet.<br /><br />The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats. Next to the private pool, there is an area with 5 sun loungers for you to get tanned. The chlorine pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of between 1.5 m and 2 m. If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends. There are rackets and balls available. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings.

Outside, you can prepare a delicious barbecue alfresco and enjoy it under the porch which is perfectly furnished with an exterior table and chairs. After the succulent meal, you can relax and chat while having a cup of coffee on the sofas. However, the best of it all is to be able to spend the day swimming in the pool and basking in the sun on the lawn or on the 6 sun loungers available. This is a chlorine pool that is 9 x 4 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.5 to 2 metres. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
