Welcome to this cozy country house for 4 people on the outskirts of Porreres, with a private aboveground pool.<br /><br />Surrounded by a vast forest and with nice views of the mountain, at outdoors the property you can enjoy the good weather have a delicious breakfast on the terrace, swim as much as you want in the private chlorine pool, or just make tasty barbecues under the porch. The pool is an aboveground one and its measurements are 8 x 4.5 m and has a depth of 1.9 m. Just below, it also offers a pleasant artificial grassy zone with 4 sun beds so that you can sunbathe or read something that you may find interesting. The plot is fenced and it provides absolute privacy.

Great apartment with a shared pool where 4 guests will find their second home, just a short walk away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia.<br /><br />A beautifully furnished balcony with views to the shared pool and garden is perfect to start the day with a succulent breakfast before going downstairs to bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers that you will find on the private terrace of the ground floor or maybe enjoy a cool dip in the saltwater pool. It is 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 metres. There is an exterior shower where you can wash the sand and salt off after a long day at the beach which is only 1 km away from the apartment. And in order to end your day, nothing like a delicious barbecue!
