The chlorine pool measures 8x4 metres and has a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.70 m, making it perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Please note that the pool is for private use, but direct access to the beach may occasionally be used by a neighbour from time to time. Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook as if you were at home, and you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the sun on the small terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are located downstairs.
