The garden offers the perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy the 7x3 m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from one to two metres. Next to it, there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is perfect for breakfast outdoors or enjoying a delicious barbecue. The interior is warm and functional, designed to offer comfort in every room. On the ground floor, the living room open to the dining area features a Smart TV and a fireplace for the colder winter days. The gas kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook your favorite dishes. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet. The first floor houses the three bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the balcony, and two twin rooms with two single beds each.
