Ty Hir Gite is onderdeel van een traditionele Bretonse Longere woning grenzend aan het huis van de eigenaren en biedt comfortabele, rustieke accommodatie vol karakter, met inbegrip van originele balken en stenen open haarden. het is gelegen op het platteland op een 'no through lane' en daarom is er zeer weinig passerend verkeer en misschien af en toe een tractor! Ty Hir is licht en ruim met een keuken in boerderijstijl met een grote tafel en stoelen, elektrische oven met één elektrische pit en drie gaspitten, magnetron, koelkast met vriesvak en overvloedig kookgerei. De woning heeft twee lounges, een met een trap naar een mezzanine niveau dat een rustige leeshoek biedt en de andere met openslaande deuren die leiden naar een schaduwrijke zithoek aan de achterzijde. Het huis heeft een grote flatscreen TV, DVD en CD spelers en WIFI is aanwezig. Er zijn tal van spelletjes, boeken en dvd's beschikbaar voor uw gebruik. Het terras aan de voorzijde ligt op het zuiden met tuinmeubilair om buiten te kunnen eten in de zon. De woning heeft twee tweepersoons slaapkamers, een beneden met een ensuite badkamer met inloopdouche en de andere is bereikbaar via een houten trap en heeft een ensuite toilet en wastafel en een eigen doucheruimte beneden.
